Return and Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at nvplussize.com, and that's why we offer a 14-day return policy. Here's everything you need to know about returning your purchase:

Eligibility for a Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It should be unworn or unused, with all tags intact.
  • The item should be in its original packaging.
  • Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Starting a Return:

To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@nvplussize.com, nvplussize@gmail.com or nvplussize@email.com

The do's

  • Request return authorization number.
  • Please ship return with a tracking number.
  • Please send tracking number with order number.

The don'ts

  • Please do not return any items without first requesting a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • Returns without an authorized RAN will not be accepted.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will automatically receive an email notification that you've been refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you discover any defects, or damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. We'll assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

For a quick exchange, return the item you have and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period:

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without the need for a specific justification. The same return eligibility criteria apply.
