How long does it take to process my order?

Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

What items are eligible for return?
Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags intact, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?
Contact us at support@nvplussize.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before sending anything back.

Can I return without a Return Authorization Number (RAN)?
No. Returns without an authorized RAN will not be accepted, so please contact us first.

Do I need to provide tracking for my return?
Yes, please ship your return with a tracking number and send us the tracking number along with your order number.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified by email and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If there's an issue, contact us right away at support@nvplussize.com and we'll make it right.

How do exchanges work?
Return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What about EU customers?
