How do I start a return?

Contact our support team at support@nvplussize.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). DO NOT return items without first receiving an RAN, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email notification. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is processed.
