How to Start a Return
We want you to shop with confidence at NV Plus Size. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, we offer a 14-day return policy.
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return request and send the item back to us.
Eligibility Criteria for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:
- Condition: Must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
- Usage: Must be unworn, unused, and free from any signs of wear or alteration.
- Packaging: Must be in its original packaging, with all original tags, hygiene stickers, and security seals intact and attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Due to the hygienic nature of certain items, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, worn, or had their original packaging and security seals removed.

The Do's:
- DO contact us first to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- DO ensure all eligibility criteria are met before shipping the item back.
- DO ship your return with a trackable shipping service.
- DO send us the tracking number along with your order number once the item has been shipped.
The Don'ts:
- DO NOT return any items without first receiving a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our team.
- DO NOT ship items to the warehouse address listed on your package without prior authorization, as returns without an authorized RAN will not be accepted and may be refused or delayed.
You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item.
